I reply within 1 hour between 7am and 7pm, and most jobs are booked within a week. Fall and spring fill up fastest, so earlier is better.
When hauling is on your quote, everything leaves with me: clippings, leaves, pulled weeds and debris. You never see a pile left behind.
You pay after the job is done and you have seen the result. I will lay out the payment options on your quote.
I will let you know as early as I can and we pick the next day that works. You never have to chase me for a new time.
I don't leave until the job looks right, with edges clean, clippings gone, nothing missed. And if you're unhappy with the work, I'll come back and make it right for free.
